Get Support

If you've worked through the relevant troubleshooting steps and still have a problem, here's how to reach us.

Before you contact support

Check the Troubleshooting page first. It covers the most common issues and is faster than waiting for a reply.

Also check:

  • The manager's own status messages. Hover any status badge or control for a tooltip with more detail.
  • The GitHub releases page for known issues in the current version.

Contact

Email: support@cockpitmanager.com

Website: cockpitmanager.com

When you write in, include:

  • Your manager version. Click the small i next to the version at the bottom of the sidebar and click Copy details, then paste it into your message
  • Your board type (Sidewinder, Phoenix, or the Open Hardware board model) and firmware version (on the Firmware page for AIM boards, on the Open Hardware page for USB boards, and on a display's card on Instruments for display boards)
  • Which sim you're using (DCS, BMS, or both) and the version
  • A description of what you expected to happen and what actually happened
  • Any error messages. Copy the text exactly, or take a screenshot

Reporting a bug

If you found a repeatable bug in the manager software, report it at:

cockpitmanager.com/report

Include the same information as above, plus steps to reproduce.

Ideas for the manager go to cockpitmanager.com/requests.
